How do I start referring friends?

Share your unique referral link by email, text, or social media. Anyone who creates a new SignUpGenius account through your link will be tracked as your referral.

What counts as a successful referral?

A referral is considered successful when:

The person creates a brand-new SignUpGenius account using your unique link.
They publish their first sign up.

If they create an account but don’t take one of these actions right away, you’ll still receive credit once they do — even if it’s days or weeks later.

Where can I see my referral activity?

You can track your progress in the Referral Status section. Successful referrals will appear there once they qualify.

When will I receive my reward?

Rewards are reviewed and approved by our team. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with details on how to claim your reward. Rewards will include gift cards.

What if my referral forgot to use my link?

If your friend didn’t create their account using your link, we unfortunately can’t guarantee credit. However, you can reach out to our support team for assistance.

Terms of Service

No self-referrals. You cannot refer yourself. Attempting to do so will permanently disqualify you from the referral program and void any rewards.
No cheating. Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity (such as creating fake accounts) will also permanently disqualify you and void any rewards.
Tracked referrals only. Referrals must be completed through your unique referral link. If a referral isn’t automatically tracked by our system, we cannot issue credit.
Referral cap. Each participant may earn rewards for up to 20 referrals. If you would like to request a higher limit, please contact us.
Referral credit window Your referred friends have 60 days from the date of referral to register an account and publish their first sign up. Referrals who complete these actions after 60 days will no longer qualify, and no reward will be issued.
Reward approval. All rewards are subject to manual approval. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. Rewards are only issued during regular business hours.
Program changes. We may update or change these terms, including reward details, at any time.
Legal compliance. You may not use the referral program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and must follow all applicable laws in your area.
